FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: essence of method consists in the following: method of allapininum manufacturing includes crushing plant raw material - rhizomes with roots of northern wolfsbane or rhizomes and roots of Aconitum leucostomum, obtaining technical allapininum, for which purpose four-fold extraction of alkaloids from the raw material is performed with application of ethyl alcohol on the battery from three extractors with obtaining water-alcohol extracts and application of first extract from each charge of each extractor for evaporation, and second, third and fourth extracts of each charge as extractant for first, second and third extractions of next charges, fourth extraction of which is performed with alcohol, evaporation under vacuum of first water-alcohol extraction and purification of obtained in this process bottom residue from ballast substances with ethylacetate, with acidification of water extract, saturated with ethyacetate, water solution of hydrobromic acid and multiple extraction with chloroform with control of medium pH, which must not exceed values 1.5-2, evaporation of chloroform extracts under vacuum and displacement of chloroform with ethyl alcohol with obtaining suspension of allapininum, which is filtered, washed with ethyl alcohol and dried, with further analysis. Preferably, allapininum is analysed for correspondence to requirements of pharmacopoeial monograph of enterprise and in case of non-correspondence is considered technical and is supplied to manufacturing allapininum of pharmacopoeial quality, for which purpose technocal allapininum is dissolved in methanol-poison and recrystallised with multiple heating and cooling and with addition of aluminium oxide and active clarifying carbon, filtered, washed with methanol-poison, acetone and dried with obtaining allapininum of pharmacopoeial quality.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to reduce duration of production process by 30%, reduce loss of raw material, production wastes and labour consumption, increase power of technological scheme, increase product output, increase product quality, prevent formation of finely disperse hard layered emulsion on the boundary of separation of chloroform-water phases, which increases rate of emulsion layering and accelerates process of phase separation in case of liquid-phase extraction.
