FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device contains case of double melting, melting furnace for cast product metal, heated tank for model material, swing-lifting mechanism for installation of double melting case on melting furnace, pipe-gate of mould material, pipe for pouring of cast product metal. Double melting case is implemented with ability of closing by cover by means of pneumatic actuator and has bottom tank for location of mould material and top tank for mould melting and casting. Each of tanks is outfitted by water-cooled inducer, implemented in the form of heater and refrigerator with vacuum- conductor. Moulds are received by lost pattern by means of pouring of mould material melt by vacuum absorption under low pressure. Metal is poured with evacuation under low pressure in furnace. Mould material allows melting temperature lower melting temperature of cast product metal and higher melting temperature of mould. Pattern is molten by mould heat, and mould is molten by heating of poured metal.
EFFECT: improvement of accurate complex cast products.
