SUBSTANCE: combined electric arc sensor containing fibre waveguide with light-permeable cover, photoreceiver also includes optic Faraday gate; end of fibre waveguide is connected through optic Faraday gate to optic input of photoreceiver the electric output of which is the output of sensor; at that, optic Faraday gate is normally closed.

EFFECT: increasing signal-interference ratio in relation to the ratio of light impacts of artificial and natural origin.
