FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to a photosensitiser activation method involving selection of photosensitising catalyst nanoparticles from a heterocrystalline mineral capable to catalyse the active oxygen generation, and optical irradiation, particularly infrared, of the nanoparticles. The photosensitiser can be chemically bound with a DNA molecule, or with an acceptable antimetabolic agent.
EFFECT: invention refers to methods of treating cancer, particularly carcinomas, and wound healing with using said activated photosensitiser with its activated nanoparticles introduced in a recipient in the form of suspension after catalysing the active oxygen generation and providing a positive effect on target tissues, even deep ones.
