SUBSTANCE: invention refers to new thiophen derivatives of formula (I), formula (II), formula (III). Formula (I) where R¹ means methyl, triflouromethyl or ethyl; R² means hydrogen; R³ means hydrogen or C₁-C₄alkyl; R⁴ means hydrogen or C₁-C₄alkyl; R⁵ means hydrogen; R⁶ means hydrogen; n is equal to 0; m is equal to 0 or 1; and if m is equal to 1, n is also equal to 1; and salts, as well as to complexes of such compounds with a solvent, producing and applying thereof as pharmaceutically active compounds. Formula (II) where R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶, n and m have the values specified in cl. 1 for Formula (I), and R⁷ means hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or tert-butyl; Formula (III) where R¹, R², R³ and R⁴ have the values specified in cl. 1 for formula (I), and R⁷ means hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or tert-butyl.

EFFECT: compounds first of all have an effect of immunosuppressive agents.
