FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a handle with a tip, a knife with a cantilever, fixed on the tip, a strut attached to the tip and the cantilever with the possibility to change the knife position, and a grip. The device is additionally equipped with a support frame with a lever hingedly fixed on it, a servo spring, one end of which is connected to a frame, and the other one - to the lever. At the same time the handle is hingedly connected to the lever with the possibility to change position of their connection area, and the grip is installed on the lever.
EFFECT: reduced forces applied in the device usage.
