FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes anchor which locks icing on roof surface and excludes its failing onto ground. Anchor presents strip from waterproof material bent in the form of bow lying on roof. Anchor is fastened to parapet guard by guys. Device presents a shank whose one end has handles for convenient operation, while the other, head to which knife with cantilever and strut is attached. Head, cantilever and strut have holes which receive bolts with the help of which length of cantilever and position of knife with respect to head depending on roof inclination and thickness of icing are varied.
