FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to reconditioning of precision parts to be used in repair. Proposed method comprises applying wear resistant layer by electric spark processing with wear-compensating thickness and machining allowance, machining to roughness of machined surface equal to Ra=0.8…1.5 mcm, ultrasound finishing to Ra= 0.025…0.036 mcm, and applying diamond-like silicon-hydroxycarbide- 0.5-3 mcm-thick-layer onto entire surface.
EFFECT: reconditioning and higher war resistance.
