FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed preparation and may be used at animal rearing farms, processing agricultural enterprises and mixed fodder shops. Proposed reactor comprises casing with loading and discharge necks, discharge device, encased auger and loading appliance. Loading and discharge appliances are made of trapezoid-shaped vanes. Trapezoid larger base equals width of loading and discharge necks equipped with elastic doffing elements with their length making at least 1/3 of vane length that are fitted on working member shaft provided with square vanes. Discharge device vanes have their flat side arranged at angle (a) to shaft axis in direction opposite that of loading device vanes arranged with their flat side arranged at angle (a) to shaft axis as well. Working member square vanes are fitted on shaft in radial plane at angle (a) along screw line along shaft. Angle (a) makes 20-30°. Vane pitch S-to-vane projection B in rotation plane (S:B) makes 1…3.
