SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the loose mixed fodder barothermal processing equipment and can be used in the livestock farms, processing agricultural enterprises and fodder plants. Reactor includes horizontal cylindrical body with loading and unloading necks, located inside it actuator, on which shaft loading and unloading devices are mounted. Actuator is equipped with the fluidization unit, made in the form of symmetrically fixed on the actuator shaft rectangular frames, and located between the loading and unloading devices. Frames longitudinal sides of the are bent in the opposite direction relative to each other and at an angle of α to the rectangular frames transverse sides. On the frames longitudinal sides rectangular shaped buckets are installed with the gripping part in the actuator shaft rotation direction. Buckets arrangement on the subsequent rectangular frames longitudinal bent sides relative to the buckets arrangement on the previous rectangular frames longitudinal bent sides is offset by the bucket width for the processed material movement to the discharge neck through the helical line in the horizontal cylindrical body entire volume with the fluidization zone creation. Distance between the horizontal cylindrical body inner surface and the bucket upper point is 3–4 mm. Steam supply valves are installed in the horizontal cylindrical body lower part.

EFFECT: use of invention will improve the fodders processing quality and reduce the specific energy consumption.
