SUBSTANCE: method of loading and unloading reactor for barothermal treatment of concentrated fodders includes mixing and sealing. Loose fodders are loaded into the reactor by means of a thermal lock of loading in three stages. At the first stage loose concentrated fodder is supplied, mixed and displaced. At the second stage sealing is carried out through fodder compaction. At the third stage the produced mass is ground, with its further forced changeover for treatment in the reactor. Unloading is carried out via a thermal lock of unloading also in three stages. At the first stage the received finished fodder is displaced. At the second stage sealing is carried out through fodder compaction. At the third stage the finished product is ground and forcedly unloaded. During sealing the compaction pressure exceeds pressure in the reactor.

EFFECT: invention application will make it possible to ensure continuous operation of the reactor.
