Said lever 10 comprises mounting 10 rail and multiple separate components directly or indirectly jointed to bearings rail structure 32 to perform their dedicated functions, namely, first component 38, 40 serves to mount first insert 30 for hinge joint of lever 10 with vehicle body frame, second component 42 serves to support wheel axle, third component 50, 56 serves to mount second insert 22 for hinge joint of lever 10 with first tie rod 12, fourth component 58 serves to mount third insert 24 for hinge joint of lever 10 with second tie rod 12, fifth component 28 serves to support spring, sixth component 64 serves to connect lever 20 with damper 16, and seventh component 66 serves to connect lever 10 with torsion box 18.
