FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in checking periodically the vane critical zones and determining chances of their further operation. Said critical zones are checked up on removing heat-resistant coat from their surface by conditioning, removing alloy replica to analyse it structure. Chances of further operation are defined by comparison of γ'-phase particles and those of topologically dense σ-phase with optimum values in alloy structure: for γ'-phase - to 0.9 mcm and for σ-phase - to 3-4%.

EFFECT: longer vane life without dismantling turbine rotor.
