FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of medical masks and is aimed at application of nanotechnology for individual efficient bactericidal defence, namely to operative obtaining colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles in water with simultaneous soaking in it of fabric mask workpieces. Method of medical mask manufacturing includes sewing mask workpiece from woven fabric, soaking it in colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles, increase of cohesion of nanoparticles with mask fabric. Colloidal solution for soaking, soaking and increase of cohesion are performed simultaneously with destruction of silver target with pulses of focused laser irradiation on copper vapours by placement of mask workpieces and silver target into cuvette with water, and delivery of laser irradiation to target through window in cuvette bottom.

EFFECT: processes of solution obtaining and application take place simultaneously, no additional US generator is required, negative side effects of application of silver nanoparticle solution are absent.
