FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for forming nanostructured films from nanoparticles obtained by pulsed laser ablation for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). A method for obtaining a thin film from colloidal solutions of nanoparticles of noble metals, gold and silver, and their alloys obtained by pulsed laser ablation for enhanced Raman spectroscopy consists in applying colloidal solutions of nanoparticles of noble metals and their alloys to the substrate, nanoparticles are obtained by pulsed laser ablation using Nd:YAG solid-state laser with a length of waves of 1064 nm, pulse energy around 150 MJ, frequency of 20 Hz, pulse duration of 7 ns, focusing lens F = 5 cm and exposure duration of 15 minutes, which are deposited on semiconductor, metal or dielectric substrates in one or more layers.
EFFECT: production of chemically pure and stable colloidal solutions.
