Processing device includes: the second input (6; 55; 206) for receiving at least of one second data element representing the failure in electric circuit or auxiliary command; recognition device (31; 56) for recognition of (605) failure type (SD, SDT, SDV) in electric circuit; and installation device (34; 60) to working position at least of one command output.
