FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fish industry. One uses raw material represented by culled out shellfishes such as: crabs and/or cancers and/or mysids and/or shell containing wastes of processing shellfishes such as: cancers and/or mysids. One dries the raw material, when the moisture content is 7-12% one discharges it, stores and preserves. Prior to usage the produced semi-product is ground to produce feeding meal of specified composition. The method is applied to produce pure shell-producing shellfish substances, to reduce the rate and intensity of shell-producing substances oxidative processes and to extend storage life. The produced product is applied as a fodder and/or a fodder additive, as a remedy enhancing fixation of substances contained in feeding meal and during diseased conditions stabilisation and/or execution of therapeutic intervention with vertebrated organisms representatives and as well as a fertiliser.
