FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used for increase of volume and thickness of alveolar bone during plasty of maxillary sinus mucosa perforations during sinus lifting and implantation. After lifting maxillary sinus bottom from defect boundaries bone window is extended by means of bur. After that separation from bone of mucosa in lower third of maxillary sinus is performed until Schneider's membrane is exposed. Into formed window from the side of oral cavity introduced is porous resorbable membrane based on bone demineralised collage, saturated with sulfated glycosaminoglycans. It is laid on sketetised part of bone wall of maxillary sinus in its posterior parts. Space inside membrane is filled with osteoplastic material, which contains osteosynthesis-stimulating substances. Mucoperiosteal flap is mobilised, laid on wound without tension. After that, wound is sewn with interrupted sutures.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of plasty of maxillary sinus mucosa perforations, achieve obtaining necessary volume and thickness of bone tissue of alveolar process for performance of efficient dental implantation.
