SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used to eliminate maxillary sinus mucosa perforations during sinus lifting and implantation. Mucous membrane is incised to a bone. Trapezoidal mucoperiosteal flap is cut out and peeled with larger base towards transient fold. Maxillary sinus bottom is lifted. After lifting the maxillary sinus bottom in the case of Schneider membrane perforation, a fibrin-thrombin sealant is introduced into the formed defect on the side of the maxillary sinus so that it is located on both sides of the defect: from the side of the sinus and from the side of the subantral space. Fibrin-thrombin sealant is applied on the surface of the resorbable collagen membrane and the membrane is laid with the applied sealant side to the Schneider membrane. Subantral space is filled with an osteoplastic material mixed with a fibrin-thrombin sealant. Mucous-periosteal graft is mobilized and laid on the wound without tension. Closing the wound.

EFFECT: method enables improving the plasticity of perforations of the maxillary sinus mucosa, achieving tight fixation of the collagen membrane and achieving the required volume and thickness of bone tissue of alveolar process for effective dental implantation due to use of fibrin-thrombin sealant, osteoplastic material and method of their application.
