FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for treatment of high degree ametropy. Hydrodissection and hydrodelineation is performed in patient in such a way that nucleus of lens in area of 3 o'clock was lifted and came out of capsule sac by 1/3, nucleus of lens being rotated around its axis with respect to capsule sac by 15-25°; viscoelasticis introduced under nucleus, ultrasound needle, introduced into anterior chamber through main cut is placed above nucleus of lens and spatula, introduced through paracentesis on 3 o'clock - under nucleus, in such way crystalline lens is placed between two differently directed instruments, after which it is divided in half by crushing, and both halves are ablated by means of vacuum.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of development of operation complications, such as injury of posterior capsule of crystalline lens, migration of fragments of nucleus of crystalline lens into vitreal cavity.
