FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is offered is a method of mass production of a Fc-fragment of immunoglobulin, free from initial methionine residue with using of a recombinant expression vector with no signal region in E.coli cells. The vector includes a nucleotide sequence coding the recombinant Fc region of immunoglobulin including the Fc region of immunoglobulin attached by its N-end with a link region of immunoglobulin by means of a peptide bond. A transformant is cultivated, and Fc is expressed as "an inclusion body", and then the Fc-fragment of immunoglobulin is recovered and purified from "the inclusion body". It is followed with solubilisation and refolding of the Fc-fragment of immunoglobulin. As an initial amino acid of N-end, the link region contains cysteine, serine or proline. What is described is the Fc-fragment produced by said method.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher post-purification expression yield by means of protein A that can facilitate production of Fc-fragment construct.
