FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: smokeless tobacco products are made by means of thorough selection of tobacco raw materials, their grinding, fractionating at sizing and picking fraction of tobacco raw materials. Nicotine content is identified in the selected fraction. The picked fraction of the tobacco raw materials is mixed with previously prepared water solution of edible salt. Afterwards it is thoroughly mixed. The produced uniform mixture is cured, and PH value is identified in it, acidity regulator is added - sodium bicarbonate. Then it is pasteurised and afterwards cooled down to room temperature. The listed components are mixed with CO2 - extract of one of fruit, berry and food and flavouring substances specified by the invention versions, which have been previously dissolved in the mixture of alcohol: water: propylene glycol. Then storing is done for one day. Afterwards the target product is packed using the available method.
EFFECT: smokeless tobacco items produced using the described technology with their organoleptic and physical-chemical parameters comply with products that contain minimum toxic substances in the finished product, have the specified taste and flavour when combined with the tobacco flavour and satisfy the physiological need for nicotine.
