FIELD: food industry, tobacco.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tobacco industry and is used in technology of production of non-smoking tobacco goods. Method to produce a non-smoking tobacco product includes mixing of ingredients of a finished product, including a saline solution and a pH-adjusting agent, pasteurization, storing, cooling and packing of a finished product, which is based on tobacco shorts from cigarette packing machines, saline solution is used at the salt-water ratio of 1:10, mixture pH is regulated, and its pH level is increased to 7.8-8.2.
EFFECT: result of the invention is optimized technological process of manufacturing in order to produce finished product based on tobacco shorts with full flavor and nice smell.
