FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: functional magnetic-resonance tomography (fMRT) simultaneously with stimulation of brain zones responsible for walking. For stimulation on each leg of lying on table in MRT-chamber patient ortheses, containing pneumoinsoles, provided with pneumochanbers are fixed. To each pneumoinsole connected is pneumocable, whose receiving end is switched to control unit, taken out of MRT chamber, after which pneumomechanic pressure on corresponding support zones of foot is performed by means of pneumochambers.
EFFECT: method ensures accuracy of study of activation of brain zones responsible for walking in mode of physiological potentiation of step reflex mechanisms and activation of spinal generator of locomotion and motor centres of higher level, in any state of patient.
