FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: abnormal vertebral body is removed from the anterolateral approach with formation of a wedge-like defect between the above- and underlying vertebras. That is followed by partial resection of articular processes of supra- and subjacent vertebrae. Joint combination of articular processes of above- and underlying vertebrae is performed with simultaneous three-dimensional spinal correction by transpedicular metal structure mounted and fixed on above- and underlying vertebrae. That is followed by anterior fusion with an abnormal spine root fragment.

EFFECT: invention can be used in medicine, namely in traumatology and orthopaedics, for correction of congenital spinal deformation in case of vertebral formation disturbance in children.
