FIELD: biotechnology, pharmacy, analytical biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of lyotropic mesomorphic dispersion from a complex of linear double-stranded DNA molecules of low molecular mass and heparin molecules as an antagonist and heparin is determined in an aqueous-salt solution. The prepared dispersion is mixed firstly with a polymer an aqueous-saline solution that is neutral with respect to DNA, antagonist and heparin and then with heparin-containing liquid to be analyzed. Mixing is carried out at conditions where optical properties of lyotropic mesomorphic dispersion complex (DNA-antagonist) do not impaired. Then a flow of circularly polarized radiation is passed through a sample obtained by the indicated mixing and optical signal is recorded by wave-length in the range of DNA absorption. EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process of diagnosis of preclinical phase of pathological state. 4 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex
