FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes creation of integral DNA microchip, possessing anomalous optic properties when irradiated by flow of circularly polarised irradiation and chromophoric properties when irradiated in visual spectrum range and representing placed in water-salt polymer solution particles of lyotropic cholesteric liquid-crystalline dispersion of rigid molecules of double-stranded nucleic acids, in which adjacent molecules are bound with nanobridges, which contain alternating inert to heparin constructive element and heparin-sensitive element, and integral DNA microchip as heparin-sensitive element contains compound of anthracycline series, which has at least one reaction-able amino group, bound with sugar residue. Solution, containing integral DNA microchips, is mixed with heparin-containing sample. Through sample, resulting from said mixing, by means of optic dichrometre, passed is flow of circularly polarised irradiation at wavelength in region of heparin-sensitive element absorption, optic signal is registered.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to simplify and accelerate process of diagnostics.
