FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used in clinical medicine and biochemistry. Multifunctional analytic system for determining characteristics of circular dichroism optic signals from biologically active material is adapted for operation in six modes: mode of system testing in ultraviolet spectral region; mode of system testing in visible spectral region; mode of testing optic properties of biologically active material; in mode of determining rate of diffusion of biologically active substance in biologically active material and/or analysis of dynamics of transformation of molecular DNA constructions in case of interaction with biologically active substance, in mode of calibration of optic properties of biologically active material, made in form of biosensor; in mode of determining presence and concentration of biologically active substance in analysed sample. System is provided with device for fixation of radiation sources and selectors, providing formation of required quantity of radiating complexes in accordance with selected mode, radiating at specified wavelengths on one optic axis with polariser, spectral gap, modulator and photodetector during the time when system operates in respective mode.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine presence and concentration of various biologically active substances in different liquids in fast, accurate way and with high sensitivity.
