SUBSTANCE: as analysed material taken is non-selective sputum. Its viscosity is reduced by means of mucolytic medication, after that it is filtered, by means of centrifugation sediment is obtained, resuspendation is performed by means of sterile Pasteur pipette and mixing is carried out by means of magnetic mixer. After that, concentration of mucolytic medication is reduced by dilution of mixture with warm sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution, and resuspendation and centrifugation are repeated. After that, liquid phase is removed, resuspendation is performed again, repeated centrifugation of mixture is carried out, viscosity is reduced, resuspendation is repeated once again, and cells are inoculated. Cells are incubated at normal oxygen supply and temperature 37°C for 30 min, after which macrophages are isolated.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to achieve high purity of alveolar macrophages, and ensures high preservation of viable cells.
