FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: friction bearing consists of bearing sleeve (2) and insertion (2) made of antifriction composite material consisting of wood constituent (3) and heat removing elements of various diametre distributed along thickness of insertion (2) with radial layers of variable concentration. Heat removing elements are made in form of capsules (4) corresponding to casing (6) filled with fusible eutectic alloy (5). Wood constituent (3) of insertion (2) and heat removing elements interact with shaft neck (7). Fusion temperature of fusible material of heat removing elements is chosen below temperature of destruction of a wood matrix and is set within the ranges from 100 to 140°C. Casing (6) is made of material of high heat conductivity and is applied by a chemical or electric-spark method. Thickness of casing (6) is 0.1-03 mm.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of high heat conducting metal at simultaneous rise of heat removal capacity.
