SUBSTANCE: state of corneocytes of skin is entered into a computer as an enlarged image using, for example, a digital microscope. RGB values of individual pixels in the image are then converted using a conversion system such as a conversion formula, a conversion table or a conversion chart and an image is shown in a pseudocolour using the individual RGB values converted.
EFFECT: creating a sample of corneocytes withot recourse to colouring the sample of corneocytes.
