SUBSTANCE: system comprises the following: at the transmitting side - series-connected information source, sampling device and subtractor, as well as a first comparator unit, a first threshold level generator and a first switch, and at the receiving side - a sampling value increment determining device, a sampling value converter, a second comparator unit, a second threshold level generator and a second switch.
EFFECT: shorter dynamic range of sampling values transmitted over a communication channel at a fixed dynamic range of the primary signal sampling values.
