SUBSTANCE: system has on the transmitting side an information source, series-connected modulo (2n-1) signal value converter, first (2n+1)-times amplifier, first adder and first analogue-to-digital converter, series-connected modulo (2n+1) signal value converter, first (2n-1)-times amplifier, second adder and second analogue-to-digital converter, as well as a first threshold level generator; at the receiving side - series-connected first code-to-pulse amplitude converter, first substractor, (2n+1) level quantiser and second (2n+1)-times amplifier, series-connected second code-to-pulse amplitude converter, second subtractor, (2n-1) level quantiser and second (2n-1)-times amplifier, series-connected third adder, (2n-1)-times amplifier, modulo (22n-1) sample value converter, low-pass filter and information receiver, as well as a second threshold level generator.

EFFECT: high accuracy of transmitting information with fixed values of the dynamic range of primary signal values and standard deviation of normal white noise in a communication channel.
