SUBSTANCE: at the transmitting side an information source 1 generates a primary signal, a quantisation error determining device 2 generates a differential primary signal, an amplifier 3 amplifies the differential primary signal 2n times, an analogue-to-digital converter 4 generates a sequence of code words, the generated sequence of code words is transmitted from the transmitting side over a communication channel 5 to the receiving side where a code converter 6 determines the increment in the value of each received code word compared to the value of the previous received code word and the code word values are converted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of transmitting information at fixed values of the dynamic range of primary signal values and rate of transmitting information.
