FIELD: telemetry.

SUBSTANCE: at the transmitting side, generating a sequence of samples of the primary signal, generating a first sequence of transmitted samples by converting the values of the samples of the primary signal by modules (2n-1) and (2n+1), generating a sequence of transmitted differential samples, amplifying their values by 2n-1 times, summing them with value of 2n-2 and converting the values of the amplified transmitted differential samples. A second sequence of transmitted samples is also formed on the transmitting side. Receiving side receives received first and second signals, converting them into first and second sequences of received quantised samples, which are transformed respectively into a sequence of received difference samples and into a first transformed sequence of received samples, from which a reconstructed sequence of reconstructed samples of the primary signal is formed. Further, the primary signal is restored.

EFFECT: high accuracy of transmitting information at fixed values of the dynamic range of values of the primary signal and the probability of error per bit in the communication channel.
