SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at increase in the accuracy of information transmission at fixed values of the dynamic range of the values of the primary signal samples and the standard deviation of normal white noise in the communication channel. For this purpose, a system for discrete information transmission is proposed, which contains source 1 of information, sampler 2, generator 3 of the second sequence of converted samples, generator 4 of a sequence of difference samples, generator 5 of the first sequence of transformed samples, amplifier 6 in 2n times, amplifier 7 in (2n+1) times, first driver 8 threshold levels, first adder 9, second adder 10, communication channel 11, divider 12 by 2n, divider 13 by (2n+1), quantizer 14 of sample values by (2n+1) levels, amplifier 16 in (2n-1)/2 times, quantizer 15 of sample values by 2n levels, third adder 17, amplifier 16 in (2n-1)/2 times, fourth adder 19, divider 21 by two, fifth adder 23, the second threshold level driver 18, first and second comparison devices 20 and 22, switch 24, low-pass filter 25 and the information receiver 26.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of information transmission at fixed values of the dynamic range of the values of the primary signal samples and the standard deviation of normal white noise in the communication channel.
