SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for prediction of risk of undesirable adverse reactions in treating pulmonary tuberculosis. In the first 3-6 clinical, medical-social and laboratory examination of the patient is executed. Risk factors are evaluated in points of the tuberculosis process in lungs, category of patient, alcohol abuse, sex, age, allergy in past medical history, heterozygote S2/S3; S1/S2; S3/n; S2/n; SL/S3 slow acetylizers or homozygote -n/n, S1/S1, fast acetylizers. Total score is counted. If total score is 1-4 points, a probability of developing adverse reactions on the specific chemotherapy is low, 5-9-moderate, 10-13-high.

EFFECT: method provides the prediction and early prevention of undesirable adverse reactions on the specific chemotherapy, reduced duration of staying in hospital by the integrated assessment of the most significant risk factors.
