SUBSTANCE: device comprises a shaft with bearings, collars and is equipped with a multi-phase AC inductor, which consists of a high-frequency generator, a stand, inductor coils, magnetic conductors of poles with pole tips fixed on them, arranged evenly along the whole circumference of a saw blade and made as trapezoidal in their cross section, the size of the top part of which determines width of a thermal wake on the surface of the saw blade. Thermoplastic deformation of material is ensured in a processed zone and develops residual stresses in the saw blade.
EFFECT: improved quality of preparation of ring saw for operation.
