SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a sealed panel, having the first substrate and the second substrate, includes the following: a stage of melting a sealing material, which does not contain a binder, in order to produce a sealing material in the form of a glue; a stage to apply a coating of a melted sealing material onto the surface of the second substrate; and a stage of sealing with layering of the first and second substrates one over the other by means of a sealing material applied onto the surface of the second substrate.
EFFECT: provision of the method and the device to manufacture a sealed panel, and also the method and the device to manufacture a plasma display panel, which make it possible to increase productivity and efficiency of energy usage.
