FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for prosthetics on implants of patients with lower bone density. Mucous membrane and periosteum are dissected. Alveolar jaw process is exposed. Bone bed is formed with guiding drill or spherical dental drill. During drilling thickness of cortical bone layer and its density are specified. By means of drills created is diameter of bone bed - at the level of cortical plate, which corresponds to diameter of introduced implant, and which at the level of spongy substance constitutes half or one third of implant diameter, depending on bone density. Newly formed bone canal is filled with autoplasma in form of gel, enriched with platelets, after which implant is installed by method of instrumental screwing. Before application of sutures membrane from autoplasma enriched with platelets is laid on alveolar process.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of implantation, create conditions for long implant functioning due to providing reliable their primary and further fixation in jaw and creation of conditions for osteointegration.
