FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and nominal medicine to surgical and orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for use in dental prosthetics of patients with partial or complete absence of teeth. Local anaesthesia adequate to the operation is performed. Incision is made. Mucoperiosteal flap is formed. Bone is skeletonized with the following formation by a cutter with diameter 2 mm less than a diameter of the implant in the bone of the bed under the implant. Dental implant is formed, consisting of an intraosseous and supragingival parts, wherein the endosteal portion is represented by an apical and a prasseous part. Apical portion has a triangular profile with angle of 45 degrees and pitch of 0.4 mm, and a conical cervical part with a multithread rounded thread in the direction from the supragingival part to the apical end. Supragingival part of the implant is made in the form of a truncated cone facing the implant axis, with an angle to the implant axis of 6 degrees, at the point of the intraosseous and supragingival transection there is a circular round shoulder with width of 0.5 mm, having angle of 135 degrees, wherein the implant is made monolithically by casting from an nano-sized alloy containing in at. %: Ti 71.0–74.0, Nb 19.0–23.0, Ta and / or Zr 4.0–9.0, and is inserted into bone tissue to level of 1.5 mm before the beginning of the circular ledge.
EFFECT: method enables providing uniform pressure in the cortical and spongy bone layers with stable fixation of the implant, creating the dosed compression of the bone tissue, distributing the load evenly and increasing the primary fixation forces of the implant.
