METHOD TO COMPACT LOOSE MEDIUM Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC E01B27/12

Abstract RU 2435896 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in vibration compression with the help of a vibration tool with a wedge lower edge of an element, which is introduced into a compacted medium. The vibration tool is forcedly submerged and withdrawn from the medium. In process of submersion and/or withdrawal of the vibration tool, it is given additional displacement, direction of which does not match the direction of submersion and/or withdrawal. The value of vibration tool additional displacement trajectory deviation from the direction of submersion and/or withdrawal makes at least half of thickness of the wedge in the wedge lower edge of the element introduced into the medium.

EFFECT: increased volume of compacted medium per one cycle of tool operation.
