FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to devices and methods of measuring rate of biological tissue healing. System for determination and monitoring wound area contains film, made with possibility of obtaining and preservation of wound contour outlining, pattern of back board, which contains area of background surface and control area of surface which visually contrasts with area of background surface. Pattern of back board has size which makes it possible to place film with formation of assembly film/pattern. At a distance and at an angle from said assembly film/pattern placed is device for digital image building. Processor of digital image is intended for image processing in order to determine area inside said wound contour. Method of system application includes stages of selecting film which has such size that it is possible to obtain and preserve on it wound contour outlining, placing of internal film surface on wound and carrying out outlining of wound contour on external surface of film by means of marking instrument. Also carried out is selection of back board pattern, with said control area of surface visually contrasting with area of background surface. After that, film is transferred from wound onto back board pattern for formation of assembly film/pattern. Then, digital image of assembly film/pattern is obtained, including control area of surface, area of background surface and wound contour and two-dimensional area inside wound contour borders is calculated. In the second version of method additionally included is installation of threshold level of image between light and dark pixels within digital image data, identification and determination of location of digital image data, connected with said control area of said assembly film/pattern surface, elimination of distorted data of digital image, determined as located outside preliminarily specified range for said data, and filtration of said data for reduction of amount of extra data, which are not connected with said control surface area or said wound contour.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to ensure accuracy, resolution, repetition and simplicity in wound measurement.
