ASPIRATION MODULE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61M1/00

Abstract RU 2438715 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to aspiration module based on sucking in (aspiration) pump and to collecting reservoir for fluid intake. Portable aspiration module for aspiration of body fluids and/or air contains case of pump unit with pump unit and, at least, one collecting reservoir for fluid intake, attached with possibility of detachment, to said case. Case has front wall, back wall and located between said walls side wall. Each of front and back walls has edge extending beyond side wall. Collecting reservoir is held between said edges and is made with possibility of hinged rotation in direction from said edges and towards them. Collecting reservoir for intake of aspirated fluid, mainly for application in said aspiration module, contains connector for connecting secretion line, connected to patient, and vacuum connector for connecting to vacuum pump. Internal space of collecting reservoir is divided by means of ribs into, at least, vacuum chamber and chamber for secretion, connected to each other by means of, at least, one canal. Vacuum connector and connector for secretion are located respectively in vacuum chamber and chamber for secretion. In second version of implementation aspiration module contains adaptor for tube connected to patient, made with possibility of insertion into case wall and connection to collecting reservoir. In third version of aspiration module implementation, in lateral case wall located are vacuum connector and connector for secretion. In fourth version of aspiration module implementation, in front case wall located is connector for tube, connected to patient.

EFFECT: invention is convenient in servicing and ensures to patient maximal possible mobility to patient.
