FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of minerals of natural and technogenic origin. Proposed device comprises vertical cylindrical work chamber with cover and rotor arranged at its bottom and provided with radial vanes. Note here that work chamber and cover inner surfaces are provided with discharge opening. Note here that said inner surfaces are furnished with ribbed lining while work chamber side section has said discharge opening provided with shutter. Bottom cylindrical rotor casing incorporates tangential discharge branch pipe and accumulating annular groove. Said rotor casing has shell ring made up of parallel top ring and bottom disk with impeller arranged there between, radially with respect to stiffness rib. Shell ring top ring has stepped recess whereon seats rotor thrust rings with radial vanes attached thereto. Stepped cutout is made on rotor vanes to support thrust ring of crushing elements. Work surface of the latter are arranged at an angle while their top boundary is located above lower level of discharge opening. Said support ring of crushing elements support crushing elements, right above mincing elements. Rotor casing accommodates vent ring with annular groove made on its inner side to make top and bottom ledges. Note here that bottom ledge adjoins shell ring top ring while top ledge adjoins support ring of crushing and mincing elements and is provided with through slots.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and crushing and mincing.
