FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: compound contains oligodiene urethane epoxide - low-molecular rubber PDI-ZAK, isomethyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and monoglycidyl ether of butyl cellosolve Laproxide 301B. Components are in the following ratio in pts.wt: oligodiene urethane epoxide 90-110, isomethyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride 13.5-16.5, monoglycidyl ether of butyl cellosolve 20.7-25.3. The method of producing the compound is based on mixing oligodiene urethane epoxide, monoglycidyl ether of butyl cellosolve Laproxide 301 B and isomethyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, preheated to (60-80)°C. First, oligodiene urethane epoxide is mixed with monoglycidyl ether of butyl cellosolve and isomethyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride is then added to the obtained mixture. Further, the obtained mixture is vacuum-processed at pressure ranging from 0.6 to 1.3 kPa for 7-10 minutes and cured for 18 hours at (70-75)°C.
EFFECT: compound has high electric strength, lower shrinkage and lower curing temperature.
