FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: method involves assembly of a pack with formation of separating layers. A pack is made from foil and a polymer substrate, the inner surfaces of which are coated with P-126 anti-adhesive lubricant. Then, drying is performed at the temperature of (25±10)°C during at least 40 minutes. Then, an adhesive composition is applied onto the polymer substrate surface coated with the anti-adhesive lubricant; metal foil is laid onto it, levelled with a roller, thus rolling it on foil surface, and dried at the temperature of (25±10)°C during 24 hours; obtained parts on the polymer substrate are milled and removed. A composition of the used adhesive composition is described.
EFFECT: simpler manufacturing technology of parts from foil; lower labour input.
