FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of compounds, applied for sealing radioelectric components. Claimed are: a compound and a method of obtaining thereof, which includes heating oligodiene urethane epoxide - low molecular weight rubber of the PDI-ZAK brand, monoglycidyl ether of butyl cellosolve of the Laproxide 301B brand and isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride at a temperature of (85±5)°C, then mixing 90-110 wt.p. of oligodiene urethane epoxide with 15.3-18.7 wt.p. of monoglycidyl ether of butyl cellosolve, introduction into the obtained mixture of 90-110 wt.p. of preliminarily dried at a temperature of (130-140)°C for 3-4 hours aluminium nitride, vacuuming the mixture at a temperature of (85±5)°C and pressure from 0.6 to 1.3 kPa for 20 min. After that, 25.5-30.5 wt.p. of isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride are added into the obtained mixture, after thorough mixing the mixture is re-vacuumed for 7-10 min under pressure from 0.6 to 1.3 kPa and solidified at (85±5)°C for 18 hours.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase of the specific volumetric resistance after a long impact of an increased humidity, increase of viability, reduction of shrinkage and increase of heat conductivity of the compound.
