SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of label by modification of gold nanospheres with diameter 15-30 nm with 0.1 M solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in volume ratio 1:1. After that to obtained label added is probe - synthetic oligonucleotide, and analysed oligonucleotide. Biospecific hybridisation probe-target results in change of system optic signal, which can be registered visually, spectrophotometrically or by method of dynamic light scattering.
EFFECT: increase of sensitivity and reproducibility of results with simplification of technology.
