FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to evaluation of the effectiveness of rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD). For this, the concentration of heat shock protein with a molecular mass of 70 kDa is determined prior to a diagnostic stress test with exercises, and 2-3 days thereafter. At the second heat shock protein value increase by at least 20% relative to the original, daily training load is performed for at least 3 days. A second stress test is performed, and 2-3 days after the repeated stress test, the third value of the heat shock protein is determined. At the third protein value decrease by at least 20% compared to the second value, the effectiveness of rehabilitation is judged.
EFFECT: method provides an objective assessment of the effectiveness of rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease, taking into account the changes in the myocardium metabolic processes.
